Flagship’s executive team is one of the most experienced in the industry combining strategic, financial, operational and technical abilities essential to the continued growth of our business. Our team’s long-term stability and continuity has been an important factor in the company culture of delivering quality work and a higher level of customer service.
David is the Founder and President of Flagship and he remains actively involved on a daily basis in directing the executive team and investing in the continued growth of the company’s services and technologies. Over the past 26 years he has directed the growth of the company from one employee at inception to more than 2600. Today Flagship has offices in many major cities around the U.S. and customers from California to New York to Florida.
Todd has more than 30 years of service industry experience in both operations and business development. He joined the firm in 2006 when Flagship acquired the 350-employee company he founded.
Jim oversees our Sales and Marketing teams and has been with Flagship 25 years. He plays a key role in contract negotiations and implementation of service, analyzing major facilities sites and crafting customized service plans to meet customer needs.
Bruce has 30 years of experience in the management and maintenance of complex manufacturing facilities. Prior to joining Flagship, Bruce worked in the electronics manufacturing field as a Senior Director of a global facilities and real estate organization with a footprint of 12 million square feet and an annualized budget of $178 million.
Dan is an experienced executive who is responsible for overseeing Flagship’s Northern California Operations Team. He has more than 20 years’ experience managing commercial janitorial and integrated facility services for large commercial operations, busy airports and major universities.
Kevin Barton, LEED AP
Kevin joined Flagship in 2011 and is responsible for overseeing all of the company’s Texas and Mid/Southeast operations. He has 20 years of cleaning industry experience and over 15 years managing large and complex operations. Kevin manages several large airports overseeing training and implementing company transition processes.
Greg has nearly 30 years in finance and facilities contract management. He provides leadership of the company’s financial operations, developing policies and procedures and mentoring a highly efficient financial group.
Polly Gets, MBA SPHR
Polly oversees Flagship’s hiring, training, “Employer of Choice” programs, safety and benefits. She also oversees the implementation of our ethics program and reviews all policies and procedures to make sure they foster ethical behavior in all Flagship team members.
