J.D. Power has released the 2019 North America Airport Satisfaction Study. While past years have seen dramatic improvement to satisfaction scores, this year was hindered by airport “growing pains”. While these growth spurts are necessary to handle the growing number of travelers flying each day, confusion, noise pollution and travel delays caused the overall passenger satisfaction to stagnate.

However, Flagship is happy to announce that all airports that we work with continue to lead the charge in customer satisfaction.

Is it a coincidence that Flagship’s partner airports find themselves ahead of the curve when it comes to exceeding passenger expectations according to the J.D. Power 2019 North America Airport Satisfaction Study? We prefer to think that our superior service is a key differentiator for our aviation clients and help provide them with a competitive edge.
