When we start a new account, we’re often able to make immediate service improvements—even when working with our customer’s existing staff. That’s why, for more than two decades, 95% of our clients have stayed with us, year after year.

All of the services we provide are designed to ensure a clean and comfortable environment for our customers and everyone who visits their facilities. While we obviously must make a profit to be sustainable, our executive team always considers the human dimension in every relationship, whether it’s the way we treat our customers, or the members of our own team. We have established a Customer Service Council, comprised of management and clients who advise us on service improvements in every department.

To be a good corporate citizen, we also take into account the potential negative impacts of our operations on the environment. At every site, we implement all environmental measures that are economically feasible, from alternative fuel vehicles to recycling to waste reduction at the source.

Continuous improvement is at the cornerstone of our company philosophy. Our Account Managers participate in regular hands-on teaching events so that best practices from any customer site can be implemented at other sites. We actively participate in industry organizations and benchmark our services against those provided at similarly sized facilities. We are also continually exploring new technologies that enable us to provide better service and further efficiencies that we can pass on to our customers.
