Sr. Sous Chef
Chef Tam joined Flagship’s Culinary Services team in 2016 and is praised by his colleagues as a leader who consistently goes above and beyond for his team.
After hitting a plateau in the restaurant world, Chef Tam came to Flagship seeking career growth and a more stable work/life balance. He began as a Kitchen Manager overseeing day-to-day kitchen operations, but his leadership and care for quality, safety and teaching paved the way for him to grow to Sr. Sous Chef, where he currently oversees more than 90 employees and helps drives the creative direction for daily-changing menus.
With an overall focus on serving good food and having fun while doing it, Chef Tam’s journey with Flagship proves that hard work and the right attitude pay off!
