They say good help is hard to find. When Flagship found Christopher E, we found good, make that great help. Christopher is a Ramp Operator at DFW Airport and each time he’s called upon to clear a ramp, he does it with one goal in mind – satisfying the customer!

“Since the day he signed on, I never had to wonder where his focus was. He comes in every single day with the goal of improving on the day before. With that mindset, he can’t lose and because of it, we all win”, says a Flagship Facility Services manager.
