Flagship Facility Services is excited to announce that Ashley Weaver, Vice President Business Development and Lisa Manning, Senior Director of Business Development, have earned their Facility Management Professional (FMP) designations from the International Facility Management Association (IFMA).

Ashley’s background lies in Integrated Facilities Maintenance (IFM) and janitorial process establishment. He also has 20+ years of work experience including Sales, Consultancy, Operations & Maintenance, Project Management, Contract Management and Facility Management. Ashley’s strong knowledge base helped him quickly achieve the FMP designation.

Lisa has a strong background with janitorial operations and waste stream management for large corporate campuses, medical office buildings (MOBs) and manufacturing facilities. She also has experience working with Union and setting up large-scale integrated facilities maintenance process improvement plans. With over 12+ years of working experience, including Sales, Consultancy, Relationship Building, and Operations and Maintenance, this was a natural evolution to apply her skillsets and achieve the FMP designation.

“I’m very proud of Lisa and Ashley. It was a lot of hard work, and I’m honored to now have two additional FMPs on our sales team,” stated Don Toole, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Flagship. “This designation shows how Ashley and Lisa use Integrated Facilities Maintenance (IFM) to provide proven solutions to industry challenges on a daily basis!!”

The FMP credential is an assessment-based program aligned with IFMA’s global task analysis. It is designed to prepare you for the unique challenges of the profession, focusing on competencies essential to an FM’s day-to-day responsibilities, like:

  • Operations and Maintenance
  • Project Management
  • Finance and Business
  • Leadership and Strategy

In a constantly evolving profession, the FMP represents a new approach to preparing practitioners for today’s facilities. It increases their knowledge base and helps them stay informed about developing industry trends, all while working within a customer’s annual operating and capital budgets.
