Building Inspection
We constantly monitor the services we provide our customers. This includes a detailed computer Tablet Inspection that we utilize to collect items needing correction. The system generates a corrective action and after the service is completed the task is reviewed and closed. In addition, we also provide our customers a report on Facility Maintenance issues such as broken doors, ballast repairs, wall patching, and any other building issue we can find. Our system is so useful that many customers have hired us to perform additional inspections of their facilities.

Communication system
To ensure excellent internal and client communications, we have developed a proprietary communications system, based on standard tablet computers and handheld devices. This system will enable us to better track and communicate the needs of our clients.
Flagship already uses a computerized work order system to ensure quality and improve productivity.

How It Works
A Flagship operations account manager is responsible for the day-to-day quality at your facility and is your primary contact, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by cell phone, e-mail, or direct office phone. A manager is always on-call to handle requests or emergencies in the event you cannot reach your operations account manager.

Flagship uses the latest and most productive equipment available. We review every site we clean to make sure we are using the most efficient and appropriate equipment. The equipment investment we make for your facility allows us to achieve the best result, highest productivity, and greatest value.
We standardize our chemical and management systems to achieve economies of scale for training, pricing, and distribution. Also, by limiting the number of chemicals, we can train employees more thoroughly, which helps us ensure we use the proper chemical for each duty.
