Performance Measurement
- Flagship uses measurement to improve various processes, such as safety on the job and reducing operating costs. Other ways in which we put measurement to work for the value of our customers include:
- Identifying company-wide accidents by frequency and type to improve safety and reduce operating costs
- Measuring site-specific accidents to eliminate hazards by account
- Classifying site specific training requirements
- Recording the delivery of operating equipment and supplies to improve productivity of supervisory and staff employees
- Measure site Quality Levels against set requirement goals
- Benchmark staffing levels against ‘best in class’ to ensure site efficiency
Benchmarking
We utilize benchmarking to compare services provided, identify efficiencies, ensure your facility is best in class and to allow our customers data to support their decisions.
Membership and monitoring of industry changes or innovation of information through IFMA, and BSCAI

We have done this through Internal benchmarking to evaluate services such as,
- Average Day Porter Coverage
- Average Night Cleaning Coverage
- Average Floor Crew Coverage
Here is a benchmark we created to compare day porter/matron coverage levels among 21 major sites. Our customer used it along with other data to justify his budget and site support levels:
