From complete remodels and new construction, to building new interior walls, installation of new doors and windows, and carpeting installation, FSG can handle all of your TI and construction needs. We are licensed in California and Arizona to do construction work, and we are experienced in post-construction cleanup. We will remove all debris and dust from your facility and ensure that it is ready to use.
Our flexibility enables us to expertly manage any category of job, depending on your needs. From negotiated (bid-build) bids where we handle the entire process post-design, to design-bid-build projects where we'll manage the design process as well, we will manage all project types smoothly and professionally.
We provide two levels of management; an on-site Construction Manager (CM), and a Project Manager (PM). Your Construction Manager (CM) and Project Manager (PM) will ensure that the job site is managed so that the right contractors and subs are there at the right time, and the management and delivery of your project go exactly to expectations.
Flagship works with all of the requisite contractors, including architects, structural engineers, electrical contractors, mechanical and civil engineering firms, and even environmental and geotechnical firms,
when needed.

Your weekly project reports include the time allotted to each section of your project and exactly what the labor costs are for that week. We use all of the standard industry tools to manage your project, and a few of our own proprietary ones, too. Our primary focus is keeping your project on budget and on schedule.
