Our five-part hiring system carefully screens candidates, and all new employees are fully trained before they receive a regular job assignment. Training continues throughout their employment to meet or all state and federal requirements for safety and right-to-know laws, as well as Flagship policies and procedures, which are often more rigorous than regulatory requirements.

We employ qualified in-house trainers to ensure that the content of our training stay current, and the quality of our training stays high. Classroom training and visual aids paired with hands-on experience prepare our cleaning staff for even the most demanding environments.
